Scope and Contents

A portion of the documentary, The Story of Koreans in Postwar Japan, televised on Japanese TV (in Japanese) that included an interview with Jules Bassin. The DVD was accompanied by a letter from Robert Ricketts to Nelson J. Bassin dated August 8, 2010. Ricketts included a written English translation of the interview with Bassin that was appeared in the documentary. DVD running time: 23:42.

This series mostly contains pamphlets from the Economic and Scientific Section (ESS) division of the SCAP. Topics of the pamphlets include labor relations, trade unions, and comparisons with labor in the US.
